Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because event services involve date blocking, planning, and preparation, cancellations and refunds are handled case by case.

Cancellations

Clients should provide cancellation notice as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to partial or full booking retention depending on work already committed.

Deposits

Any deposit or booking fee may be non-refundable once a date has been secured, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Date changes

FCJ Events will try to accommodate rescheduling requests, but approval depends entirely on availability and the revised event scope.

Exceptional circumstances

Where cancellations are caused by severe external circumstances, outcomes may be reviewed in good faith at management discretion.
